You should be able to just add a new test to each of the emails where you'd like to test the subject line. Here's some more information on champion/challenger tests if you're doing this in a standard campaign. If you're doing this in email programs, then you can set the A/B test up in the program.

Seems like the 3rd party software should be smart enough to know that @gmail doesn't mean that someone works for Google... or are there settings where you can exclude general email providers from setting the company? Just a thought.
Kim, I've found that once a champion is declared, all of the test results disappear (hence my suggestion), but this might help you to determine if the test has actually had a champion declared. If the test still shows, then the champion hasn't been declared.
