Thank you, Josh. The workflow is that names are being created in SFDC as new contacts, not leads being converted. In that case, would you ever have earlier engagement values on the contact status such as "attempting contact" or "2 way conversion"?

We're having issues with enriched data being overwritten. Neither InsideView, Marketo, or Salesforce knows why. If you are using InsideView, would love to connect so see how you have your enrich smart lists configured.

Did the treasure chest feature that let you filter marketing activities to only show emails, or landing pages, or approved landing pages, etc. go away? I can't seem to find it.

Does clicking a link in a Marketo Sales Insight emails cookie a prospect in same way that a normal Marketo email does?
