Rajesh, thanks for the feedback. The field type is "phone", but it doesn't allow if you type "x" in the field. Maybe there's some validation code. Will have to look into that.
A prospect who filled out a form just notified our sales rep that he was unable to enter an extension in the phone number field. I tested it and wasn't able to do it either. Anyone aware of a way around this without having to add a separate field to the form just to capture extension?
