There isn't a way to easily see those numbers. You could pull smart lists of total in the campaign, those that received the 1st email, those that received the next email etc as a work around.
In the campaign status box, you should be able to see number of people in the wait step.
If you had sent a previous email that did not result in any blacklists, then you should see if any smart list criteria changed in the current email send that caused a blacklist. Did a new list get added? Did you add/change a filter in the smart list?
I agree you will have to set it up for the past 3 months for inactivity. Make sure that you include that they were sent the email that caused the blacklisting, and if anything changed from a recent email. You can exclude those that were sent the previous email if no blacklisting was caused to reduce...
I would try using a custom field that has the unique link and use a token for that field in the email.
The auto assignment rules are the SFDC assignment rules from what I understand, so you would have to change the rules in SFDC to look for that form fill activity and have it reassign.
We like to have a thank you message show up on our website from the form fill and then have them be on the page of content we want them to see. Thank you message is more of a pop up box saying thanks, etc.
