You should be able to select the exact page by using is "page" rather than contains "page." You may have to choose multiple pages with "is" which takes more time. Another option would be to add a second filter with "not" your 2nd page.

I don't think that there is currently a way to do this. I think it would be a great idea to suggest.
I would probably just add it to the smart list of the report. If that doesn't work, I am not sure of another way.

If I understand correctly from Marketo, Marketo actually remembers anyone that has unsubscribed and if they are added back to the database, they will get marked as unsubscribed.
We do have a system administrator for Marketo and another for Salesforce. The administrators do help with training, customizing SFDC, answering any user questions, etc.
We usually have them post within 5 minutes or so. I think it adds them when it syncs the next time, and I think each Marketo customer can set their own sync time. Did you approve the email once you changed the settings to have it show in MSI? As long as we approve it, it shows up very quickly.
