I'm creating a business case to assign a resource to manage the system administration tasks for Marketo and Salesforce, which are currently being configured. Do most of you have a dedicated resource who can help with IT issues, training, usability issues, etc.?

We do have a system administrator for Marketo and another for Salesforce. The administrators do help with training, customizing SFDC, answering any user questions, etc.
