Did you clone the program? It could be that another program is changing the statuses in yours. Or that your smart campaigns are triggering off of a form in a the program you cloned from. I have seen that happen.

Hi Moritz - I do not belive you can move a program out of an engagement program. As Josh said, you could clone it. If you need to retain the program for reporting, purposes you may want to deactivate/unapprove all assets and campaigns in the old program.
