Hi Chris, If the email address was the same, it should not create a duplicate. Are you syncing to an SFDC queue? If so, that is how the duplicates are being created.
Hi Karina, I have never reached a limit, if there is one. I do advice you to keep the names of the programs to a reasonable length, however, to avoid confusions when you are setting up flows.
When using Program Tokens in an email subject line MSI will show {{my.Subject Line}} instead of the actual value of the token. That defeats the purpose of using tokens.
John Could you give a few more details on why you want only one Marketo workspace to sync with SFDC? There might be a solution there that does not even involve workspaces.
