We went with a simple batch campaign with a smart list selecting all leads created since our MKTO instance origin date. The flow was simple as could be with a 'Data Value Change' selected to change 'Lead Scoring' to null.
I'd love to hear if anyone has had success with the javascript on this request. I am in the same situation and would love to hide the submit button unless conditions are met with the form. Thanks to any and all who might be of assistance!
I'm with Terri. This is a pretty half assed feature that isn't well implemented. Any insight as to where to access the css on that sucker would be lvoely.

I'm not following this completely. In terms of 'Your Field Name' can I assume that you are referring to the field with the checkbox? (in my case the checkbox is for a mailing list and the field is aptly titled 'Mailing List') and then do I go ahead and use the 'Label' in Forms 2.0 as usual and hope ...

One possible, yet still inelegant fix to at least a part of the issue is to put the text in your rich text box into a table. just a 1 col 1 row table ends up padding it just enough to look a bit better, but that's a pretty wonky fix as well and still doesn't solve the left side edge looking shabby.
