I am fighting this as well. Anyone have an answer or am I just daft and missing something. I try changing the bodyid width and it just doesn't take.In my case I'm trying to embed a landing page in an iframe outside of MKTO and struggling to make it show up without scroll bars and ugly formatting.

for now i've created a div at the bottom of the email with nice small text that is white on a white background. doesn't 'show' on html and of course shows up as simple text in the text only. so ithat's a reasonable workaround...

Makes sense, and yeah, this is a new situation where indeed the 'new' leads were being created via MKTO form, so that's why the error came about. We had been adding the 'none' email for sometime when leads came in w/o emails in SFDC, but never as such in MKTO.Thanks!
