Marketo does not have a native integration with Shopify but several LaunchPoint partners have built connectors including Workato, Bedrock, and Zapier. I'd suggest doing a quick google search to learn more about these options.
When you go back in to edit the email, the editor is always going to default into the All Content view. You'll need to choose the Dynamic Content view in the right sidebar. That will get you back to the list of segments so you can edit each one.
