If you are using the logic ....15 and 16 then that means that people have to be in both (15 Segment and 16 Smart List). I'm guessing you need a final pair of parenthesis "And (15 OR 16)". Agreed Michael Tucker​. Flights, hotels and an award at summit would pale in comparison to the support expenses they have saved Marketo over the years. Marketo needs to do this!
