As far as I know the only way to populate those utm fields is based on form fills. If you are looking to capture the utm parameters for all the traffic coming to the website GA is probably your best bet. There may well be some third party plugin that can help you capture that data but I'm not awar...

Have you activated all the content in each of the streams? The assets might be approved but have they got green activated icons next to them.

Erik Eaton​ what browser are you using? Have you tried switching? These type of bugs sometimes occur for me in Chrome. You either have to clear out your history or switch browser. I have a Mac and swtich to Safari when things like this happen. If it then loads, it proves its a browser / caching is...
