Hi Karen Danielson, Have you tired Litmus: Email Marketing, Email Design & Email Testing Tools You can paste your code in there and see it dozens of different browsers. As Josh Hill said above, without attaching the code here there is no way to troubleshoot. Thanks, Gerard
I second what Sanford Whiteman said above. Dan Stevens made a similar comment in a different post earlier with some links that might give a bit more detail. You can see it here Setting up an alert, troubleshooting alerts. Do many of your 30k leads work for the same companies? If you are sendin...
Hi Jenny La Van, See my screen shots below. For the clicks link in email trigger I would also add a constraint of the actual link that you want them to have clicked. You don't want to send an alert to the sales rep if they clicked the unsubscribe link or a different link in the footer. Here is a ...

What happens to someone that is rejected by sales? Do they get added to a nurture ...
I don't think there is an easy fix for this. What does your weekly and monthly report consist of? There may be ways to pull lots of the data into Salesforce dashboards and reduce some of the overhead.
Hi Hoi Nguyen, I think it might be syncing but the MSI tabs are very buggy and I think there may be some sort of browser issue that stops it from updating with the data when you click on it. Check out my other post to see if this is the same problem https://nation.marketo.com/message/170271-re-mark...
