Sales Alert Batch Campaign

Is it advisable to send sales alert via batch campaign instead of trigger? The data value change for this campaign is updated overnight via API, so any sales alerts immediately sent would get buried in the sales team's inbox by morning.

This campaign yielded 21,000+ results for delivered emails. When I export the list, only 20,000 appear in the file.

My company has to export deliver and bounce results from smart campaigns for auditing purposes. Excel exports from Marketo max out at 20,000 records, but our list size exceeds 20k.I've already tried separating results by delivered and bounced, but the delivered results alone are over 20,000.
