    We created an email with Chinese characters and everything was great, until we tried to download it to an html file. Unfortunately it all became symbols. Any suggestions on how to remedy this?

    The lead is in the same partition...so I was uploading to India, it said it was in a different partition, but when I clicked on the record, it was in India.

    Unfortunately when you export, it only shows those fields that are NOT hidden. Would be nice if they had an option to export, and then pick and choose which folders to export. Probably will put in an idea on this one.
