It would be nice to be able to delete channels that are not in use. Currently you can only hide them, and when you use Member of Program in a Smart list, and add in the choice of "Program Status Is", the hidden channels populate.

Not sure if this is even possible, but adding in the functionality that a field can be overwritten or added to. We have a field that should have the latter, but as it is now, when we do a list upload, the field is overwritten with new value only. Would be nice to have the ability to add to a field ...

If we would have known Marketo did not have this implemented, we would have thought about an alterbative marketing automation solution.Hopefully Marketo will address this soon.
