The number of fields in your instance will have no impact (in my experience) on how quickly your reports load. The amount of overall persons in your database and how large the report is that you're trying to run will impact this.
Marketo professional services can do this, but there are many other providers as well who have solutions for this too. The Marketo "app" that I've seen is designed primarily for managing SMS subscription info on the person. The trick with two-way SMS I've found is the association between the origina...
If that doesn't work, issues with the support portal can be logged through marketocares@marketo.com
Yeah, as others have alluded, we need to first break it down into which system is actually making the change to know where to focus troubleshooting efforts. The activity log in Marketo or the log in SFDC should tell you which one is the troublemaker. It sounds to me like you have something conflicti...

If you're trying to actually submit a suggestion, comment or bug ...
Wow, there's lots of questions in there. I'm not sure I'll hit all of them but here's some thoughts:Avoid using Transition Rules to manage transitions between streams - as you've noted, use Smart Campaigns instead in the Nurture program to better control your transitions (very simple trigger-based t...
I'd disagree with characterising nested email programs as a "workaround"! It's how it is done, and it works well. In place of a smart campaign to run your invitation blast, you use a nested email program in the event program instead, and use the A/B testing functionality within this email program. Y...
