I would add to this that it would be beneficial to have a report of all links in the report regardless of whether they were clicked or not. Or better still - a visual heat map like some other email platforms have.
How are you conducting this sync manually today? We have a custom object that's managing this process because Marketo isn't supporting shared contacts. It's unfortunately not sustainable.
This is a really important feature that needs to be addressed. Several B2B industries have structures where contacts have roles & responsibilities within 2 or more accounts and we need to be able to account for it.
Completely agree. Our demand gen is being executed in the same way... the engagement program analytics only can tell us so much. I wished that the Engagement Score (great concept) was a little more intuitive and could apply to programs inside streams and not just emails.
