Well worked out, that should do the trick. If you want to be absolutely sure not to have someone in both flows, you can add a Remove from Flow between the two steps, to entirely remove the people who were sent the email before moving on to the SMS step.

The guidelines for the online exam are quite strict. Read them carefully and prepare properly. Also prepare for being thoroughly checked on following the guidelines before you can start your exam. The big brother effect can be quite daunting if you're not anticipating it.
