True. Unfortunately you cannot filter on the ones that were not sent for that reason (even though it is logged as an activity). I can imagine some work arounds but they do feel clunky.

First step would be to upload your pdf into Marketo (in the Design Studio section under Images & Files, ensure a good folder structure so you can find your stuff back). When uploaded, the pdf actually gets its own url which you can use behind the button.
In the setup you do with the admin account in Zoom, you can assign other users whose webinars need to sync. I am not 100% sure on the number of users, but I think you can assign up to seven additional users.
