This is a great post! What type of email is the use case for? My first thought would be optimizing the sender name/email address from the account owner or fallback contact owner, but not following how this could be connected. What am I missing?

I agree with @Michael_Florin here - make sure you have selected to view Email Link Performance. When building your email, also make sure that you have link tracking enabled in all of the links that you add so they show up properly in this report!
