This graphic was a great summary and tool for talking points at the Summit Champion booth. However, several visitors commented that the text was really small and too hard to read... I'd be happy to help rethink the format to make it more accessible!

Our analytics team mentioned we already have Launch but I'm looking forward to learning more about it myself, especially as it pertains to Marketo tracking.
We also added the Program ID at the bottom of our email footer snippets as a reference number so if one of our users forwards an old email asking "I want to copy this email from last year" it's quick to locate it.
I haven't come across any so far, but we will be looking at some other governance charters at our organizations (for example, data governance) to help us with the structure of the document.
