To add this button to your Salesforce instance, edit the Page layout for Lead/Contact/Account. Select the section for Buttons and grab the Call with Tout button and drag it down into the Custom Buttons section of the Details.

If you use Pipedrive we do not offer an integration, but we can use our AutoBCC functionality which will automatically add your BCC email to every email that you Tout.All you need to do is add that BCC email address here and it will automatically log those emails into your Pipedrive account.

Click to Call should be pushing the contact to Tout and auto-populating their phone number in Tout. If this is not the case, please click Contact Support and let's troubleshoot why this is happening together.
Setting up Tout Phone is quick and easy. Just plug in your phone number and make your first call to get verified. It will dial your phone number first, and then once you answer, it will connect through to whomever you are calling.
