Hiya folks, I'm using the following combination ͏ to create white space right after the pre-header to avoiding pulling the email's elements into the inbox view/envelope content. I post the combo in my HTML Source Editor and as soon as I click apply and go back, the ͏ portion of the combo disappear...
I came across this thread and can report that the proposed solution worked for my template: https://litmus.com/community/discussions/8998-rendering-broken-on-outlook-for-mac-version-16-66
Microsoft Outlook underwent an update on the 19th. Now, the 2 column module in my emails is not responding as it should on the latest version of Microsoft Outlook for Mac desktop (blocs should be side by side, not one above each other). I'm wondering if anyone has also experienced this as of late? I...
Hi Jasbir, I removed the emojis from the SLs as I really needed to move forward with the email send but I'm curious about what you find so here's the requested info:emoji: 💸q code generated from this URL : =?UTF-8?Q?=F0=9F=92=B8?= Did you q encode the special characters? I have to in Marketo
Hi Sanford,Here are the exact subject lines as they are posted in Marketo:- Up to 40% off packages and more =?UTF-8?Q?=F0=9F=92=B8?=- Jusqu=?UTF-8?Q?=E2=80=99?==?UTF-8?Q?=C3=A0?= 40 % sur les forfaits et plus =?UTF-8?Q?=F0=9F=92=B8?= The second one is a French subject line with special characters th...
Hi, I'm wondering if someone could explain why the literal same emoji is displaying in one of my emails but not the other? I copy pasted the exact same Q-encoded symbol from here, yet my SLs are behaving differently.
Not quite! I inputed the static info in the from/reply-to fields, did an email send and my IT team confirmed with me that the from/reply-to fields are still dynamic! Is there something I'm missing? Might it be related to the fact that my Marketo instance is on a shared IP?
Hi there,Thanks for your input. My Marketo instance is being used to to send internal employee communications and the idea is that we are trying to remove those inbox labels for that specific use case. And yes, the latest updates to the email have been approved and there are no token elements in my...
I'm trying to put my Marketo from/reply-to sender address on a type of allow-list so that when emails deployed from Marketo to Outlook recipients do not have a BULK/MARKETING disclaimer. I was advised that in order to do so, the Marketo from/reply-to has to be static. I've removed all token elements...
Thanks, that's very helpful! Am I pasting the below as is in the HTML source editor or editing the form's custom CSS? MktoForms2.whenReady(function(mktoForm){ let formEl = mktoForm.getFormElem()[0], frenchVersionLink = formEl.querySelector("a#page-french");frenchVersionLink.search += ( frenchV...
