Hi Christina,You might want to check the date of activity on the set up of your email link performance report. That could account for the discrepancy.
Try creating the smart list in the leads database or marketing activities.
I just tested this and I'm able to see my form on the smart list. Is your form approved in Design Studio? If it's not approved maybe that's why you're not seeing it?
How about creating a smart list filled out form (name of your form) add if the form is used in more than one landing page, add constraint (web page). You should be able to see who filled out the form.
I'm on Chrome on a Mac and it's working fine for me.
