Download form responses from a Design Studio form?

Hi Everyone - my colleague created a form and landing page in design studio. 

When I click on the landing page (which is saved in Design Studio) it says 18 people filled out the form.  I then go to the form (which is also saved in Design Studio) and there is no option to download the 18 people who filled out the form.  Does anyone know how?

Try creating the smart list in the leads database or marketing activities.

yeah its approved ... that is why I am so confused.  

Should I be in the lead database or the marketing activities section in order to pull the smart list?  maybe that is where I am going wrong?

I just tested this and I'm able to see my form on the smart list.  Is your form approved in Design Studio? If it's not approved maybe that's why you're not seeing it?

When I do that it the form name does not come up.  Could it be because the form is in the design studio and not in the marketing activities side?

How about creating a smart list filled out form (name of your form) add if the form is used in more than one landing page, add constraint (web page).  You should be able to see who filled out the form.
