I have to update a form(2.0) that's embedded on our website that's not a marketo landing page. Will the page automatically update when I approve the form? I'm just adding a new field to the form.

You can this by creating a smart list.unsubscribed from email = the name of the email campaign.Then click on the leads tab from that smart list and you should be able to see the list of unsubscribers.
