Hi,Yes, the batch is for a historical back-update of the person score whilst trigger will deal with any new persons scores. Once the batch has run it will be made obsolete in needing to be run again due to the constant progress of the trigger.
I have setup the event cap on Marketo Sky. Could likely be the form not pushing the data back to the Database, have you checked the data is correct in the Database for a lead in this instance you described?
Chris is right, it's also worth checking in Marketo in the Data Management in Admin, that the CRM Field Map isn't empty for the expected fields. If they are empty, it's likely a visibility issue that SFDC needs to grant access to on the Marketo user.
