We are trying to come up with a general engagement scoring model in our Marketo Instance.Right now we are the beginning phases (creating the model and let it run in the background for a month or two before rolling it out to users) and I'm trying to come up with an appropriate score decay model based...
Thanks Sanford! While we do have our own uniqueID, it would just require less operational work on our end if Marketo was already doing this with the Marketo ID.
Our business has a lead field called "uniqueID" that we use to identify unique devices/people in our database that have created an account on our site.Right now, that uniqueID is stored in an "Account Custom Object" that holds all the other account information - First Name, Last Name, Address, Compa...
Ok thanks, I didn't think so. I went to test it again and it seems to be working fine now without any constraints, which is weird, because it definitely wasn't working at all yesterday. For reference, we were using it here: JS Bin - Collaborative JavaScript Debugging
Right now we are working on putting a Marketo Form on an external landing page. Our Dev team built a page to put it on in QA and tested it and the form fill activity is not being recorded in our instance.I sent in a support ticket and am waiting to hear back, but I was wondering if there are limitati...
We're trying to embed a Marketo Form on our company page to track "guest account" purchases; A person without an e-commerce account would be asked to either log-in to their account or provide their email address (in an embedded Mkto Form) to go on to the check-out process. 1) If I have the form insi...
So just to clarify, this does not work for the "Date of Activity" constraint, only on lead DateTime fields? Would this work on Date fields as well? "{{lead.Field Name}} + 3 Days"
How would I go about changing it to "now + 72 hours" I don't know how to go about properly noting that, That field type only seems to let me select a hard date...And for that matter, wouldn't I just be able to to something in the Smart List as "Date of activity was {{system.Datetime}} - 72 hours?"
For the date of activity constraint, is there a trick, or a way to use SQL to have a custom time period?Example use case: We're using a Marketo program and some Custom Data Objects to track "Cart Abandons" on our self-check out. A person would come into the program when they start the check out proc...
Thanks Kathryn! Your response earlier actually made myself and our other admin start to question if we want to pursue something similar and just make some adjustments on governance in our instance. Lol.
