Thank you for pointing this out. I did get permission from our DPO that they were happy to proceed with this option.
Ahhh Amazing 😊 I am going to have a run through of this now. I have used the check box for yes and no, but didn't realise I could use with only one.If this works it will save so much.I shall pop back in if I get stuck 😁 thank you so much for such a quick response.
I am in the process of adding a check box to a form. However the behaviour of the check box I would like is the opposite to what the field is capturing. examplePlease tick the box if you don't want to receive news, updates or product information from MHR Internationalexample: if New check box = true...
We are looking at ways to optimise our nurture campaigns. Currently we have some clicks from bots which are pushing people through too quickly. I would like to know how others manage this. Options I'm considering 1) just accept that some will go through and deal with them individually - don't know h...

I can't figure ...
I've inherited some nurture campaigns and I can see that the numbers in Salesforce differ to the numbers in Marketo streams. Does anyone have any ideas?
I think this may have been answered by another query I raised. It has just made sense.... 'if someone unsubscribes from your emails through the list-unsubscribe headers in Gmail or similar, this will change the default Unsubscribed value to be True.'
Ooo just to clarify, when you say Unsubscribed automatically, does that mean that if Unsubscribed = True and the contact falls into a static list that they will not receive the email? Or is it good practice to exclude them in a master list? Thanks
