Carina Carlson - you missed an option on the form "I have used conversational marketing tools before, but do not currently.
Technically you can log in, it will allow you, but will cause errors in sync sometimes and is not recommended by Marketo (ex: Person A checked in on device 1 and when device 1 and 2 both go to sync, device 1 says Person A attended but device 2 says they didn't - which wins? Sometimes device 2 )
