If you haven't already, I recommend setting up a smart campaign that will send you a notification when lead source changes. I was able to find the worst sales offenders changing my original lead source using this campaign and provide them training that convinced them to stop.

Hi Drew, please reach out to CVENT to confirm what I've said - their integration has serious issues that cause random data problems. If your client's integration is working, that's wonderful, but the issue is not with my specific set up. It's a serious underlying problem with their API.

I was told that the internal fix would take 6-8 weeks, which put it just before my event. I'm a very unhappy customer and have to have an intern reconcile each registration to make sure that we aren't losing data (which we've already seen)!

This is for historical data, not new data so running every 1-2 hours will not work. If I do that, either they won't qualify because they ran through it once already OR if I change the setting to 'qualifies every time' they will run through even if they attended only one tradeshow.
