Hello @Mercy ,My experience has been most of these happen when you do not update URL placeholders to have a valid URL.For example in an email you may be using variables to populate a URL. But you forget to give that variable a value that works.
Also keep in mind the more CC fields you add to the email the more engagement activity that will be tracked back to the original Lead/Person in Marketo. "As such, any engagement activity (opens, clicks, etc.) will be logged to the activity log of the Marketo Person in the "To" line of the email......
