You're right - there were a few different issues that weren't allowing us to integrate the 2 systems, the main one was (1) field mapping in Zoom Events was throwing an unexplained server error ...
sharing here in case it happens to someone else:s3 was auto adding a slash at the end of the redirect, but our IT team created a custom rule thanks again Sanford!
