Is there a duplicate record receiving the emails? This is my hunch. Are you using the out of the box Unsubscribe field?

It's definitely Reachforce - Marketo is listed a client on their site and my prior company used Smart Forms too - but there are many alternatives, including RingLead and Strike Iron, that others have mentioned

I always work in multiple tabs in Chrome. The best way to do it is to either right click on the tab and click "duplicate" or right click on a menu item from the drop down and click "open in new tab." If you are using a bookmarked login.marketo.com, it's going to ask you to login every time

We do this already, but aside from having to pull lists for "Member of Smart Campaign," there isn't a great way for me to see in RCE how many of our MQLs came from scored vs. fast track.

Is this just for the 1:1 sync? I know it has broken on me before by changing the name in SFDC. Maybe this has been fixed since then.

When you say "active leads" what exactly are you referring to? Anyone who is not unsubscribed, email invalid or marketing suspended? or anyone without an open opp?
