I wish you could send mass test emails. Suggestion: the ability to send test emails from the program level, check a box next to each email in the program you would like to send as a test, and send all of those tests to the same internal person or people.
We use a folder level token at the top level of our Marketing Activities. It doesn't totally solve the problem, but you can just update the token once a year instead of updating all the templates.
AND if this is an issue, the Campaign Status should say "Campaign Failure" not "Waiting to Run" for HOURS...
When you swipe left to dismiss a card, there is no way (that I can see) to recover it. I tried logging out and logging back in, force closing and reopening, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This is a critical missing feature because it is easy to accidentally swipe left on a card. Hahaha, fair point. I agree, it's not an easy product to access. My last company had it, but we didn't even know about it and ended up purchasing Email on Acid separately. Even after we discovered the built-in product, we kept EoA because we felt like it was a better product.
1) lol at "bucknutty"2) there is an add-on package in Marketo that will render your email in different email clients. I think it's part of the Email Deliverability Pack.
It would be nice to have this functionality, but be able to customize when the last touch is recorded. It would be helpful to see last touch for opportunity, but it would also be helpful to see last touch before MQL.
