Currently, in the program analyzer, we can only get first touch and multi-touch computations.
It would be great if we could have also the last touch (before opportunity creation) one. This would assign the opportunity pipeline or revenue to the last successful program just before the opportunity was created in the system.
It would be nice to have this functionality, but be able to customize when the last touch is recorded. It would be helpful to see last touch for opportunity, but it would also be helpful to see last touch before MQL.
Marketo uses for FT and MT a simple rule: for pipeline, it takes into account all programs in which the lead became a success before opportunity creation. And for revenue, it takes into account all programs for which the lead became a success before opportunity close date. I would like these rules to be maintained so that the LT computation is consistent with FT and MT.
In other words, if we change the rule, we need to be able to change it for MT and FT computation as well.
