Are you just asking how to batch delete a group of leads? Just hold down SHIFT and click the beginning and then the end of the group you want to delete. From what I understand, you don't need to use Progressive Profiling to use the Visibility Rules. Just add the State field to your form AFTER the Country field, and enable Visibility Rules for the State Field. You will set it to Show the field only if the Country field is populated as United States. ...

Right, which is where using the {{form.NotYou}} token is helpful - shown by default in the "If known visitor" HTML - as @Grégoire_Michel suggested. Just offering an alternative idea if that's not what she was asking.

You might also want to look into your field manager and block updates from form fills for the Email Address field.
