Try going into the activity logs of some of the leads to see the reason why emails weren't delivered. Also, check these threads for some other reasons:Why didn't all my emails go out?Why didn't Marketo send emails to a large portion of my list?
Charlie Zhang, I was in the exact situation as Jessica Kao - company spam filters were catching them.
Did you run a smart list to see if the email was actually delivered, not just sent? I'd check that first. If the email was not delivered, you've got a (big) problem with deliverability or your list.
Agreed! Always best to save those triggers for when you really need them. As for those Orion performance gains - I'm really looking forward to putting Munchkin code everywhere in our product and setting up some amazing upsell triggers.
