Great piece Robb Barrett PRD. We use a similar process to capture lots of the one-off preferences for the dozens of live events our marketing hosts each year. I love keeping the number of fields down! (Now if I just convince my Salesforce admin to do the same I'll be set).

Agreed! Always best to save those triggers for when you really need them. As for those Orion performance gains - I'm really looking forward to putting Munchkin code everywhere in our product and setting up some amazing upsell triggers.
