Well that is a supber big bummer. Part of the alert is to remind sales reps to turn on a few flags on the contact level. So if they forgot to turn on a flag, the flow will never be triggered. Any suggestions?
We have a flow set up so that if a certain custom field is generated on the account level, then an alert is triggerd for the account owner. I found the invalid email option but it's not a field that is hidden, it's an option and I'm still not sure that will work. I think the best way to handle these would be the trigger campaign Cathal mentioned. Thank you everyone!
