Josh, That wont work because we use a queue - all leads are assigned to a general pool until a rep obtains an opportunity. This is why I have round robin set up. I need to be able to stop the round robin though if there is an open activity. Any way to do this?
Seriously? There is no way to send an email to a contact based upon a triggering action such as the product manager turning on the flag and that would prompt an email on that record to be sent to the email on that record?
I'm utilizing random sample to send alerts to sales reps when someone downloads a product brief. The problem we are running into is if someone downloads multiple briefs, multiple sales reps get the alert to follow up.Is there a way in the flow to say "If an open activity already exists, stop the ro...
Steven, I'm trying to send an email based upon an action but the problem is I'm not getting the option to insert a token for the lead email - there is no "to" option, just the email template which when triggered is sent to the person who triggered the flow. Make sense? I thought maybe it was an ale...
Okay, to make this simpler, I've changed my smart list trigger to be an attribute change on the contact entity. So when this field is marked with a certain product, "SFE Status" - an email should go out to that contact. The problem I'm having is when triggered, the email is going to the person who...

Even in the email ...
I'm still curious as to what to do about this. I have yet another list to import but dont want them co-mingled with contacts - any suggestions? Also, is there a way to import a list and NOT have it put into Salesforce?
Exactly what I thought - but it did. If there was a contact record, it added it as a lead so now I'm stuck converting about 600+ leads and matching with the existing contact record. How do I avoid this going forward?
Yes. Do a one time flow and call it "data normalization" or something like that. It can be a one time run to change the label matching the criteria you're looking for. Then you can add this step to your flow next time you do this so it does it automatically after changing the score. I did this f...
I imported my first tradeshow list into marketo and ended up with an adminstrative nightmare. I had duplicate leads entered where there were already contact records. How do I import a list into a campiagn and have Marketo only create a lead if no contact or lead record exists? I had marked "de-du...
