    This would be very helpful for things like billing reminders because oftentimes the same email contact gets multiple billing notices that have the same email but different account names with different billing dates. This is just one example.

    Ahhhh I just figured it out! I have to change "view summary" to "Summary" instead of the defaut which was "schedule" as shown in the attached screen shot.

    With all of the changes, this seems to be difficult for some reason. Where do I change the name of a program? Everytime I click on the name, it takes me to the calendar and nowhere to edit the name of the program.

    Jessica, the invite was step 1 that I posted above. Yes, I ahve all of those program status options.Grant - Those are two separate smart campaigns

    Program status was registered but that was step 2 - here is how it was set up:1 - invitation - send email, change program status to invijted, sync to salesforce2 -Confirmation - Change program status to Registered (webinar), add to SFDC campaign, interesting moment, sync lead to SFDC, wait 2 hours, ...
