    Thank you Kenny. So if I free users clicked the link, we would like to show them a different message of "Please contact sales for upgrade information" or something like that. Would the way you suggested work? I have ot be honest, I'm not comfortable with scripting.

    Thank you both! Out of the two options here, is one easier than the other? Seems like option A is simpler but is one more effective than the other?

    Well that is a supber big bummer. Part of the alert is to remind sales reps to turn on a few flags on the contact level. So if they forgot to turn on a flag, the flow will never be triggered. Any suggestions?

    We have a flow set up so that if a certain custom field is generated on the account level, then an alert is triggerd for the account owner.     I found the invalid email option but it's not a field that is hidden, it's an option and I'm still not sure that will work. I think the best way to handle these would be the trigger campaign Cathal mentioned. Thank you everyone!
