purely up to you as to what you want to call it. The value won't be in field management because it's more baked into the person/lead and is never editable. But you can reference it and pull it in via the lead.id token I referenced.
Create a new field in SFDC for the ID, then after it syncs to Marketo trigger a Smart Campaign on 'Person is Created' and a flow step of 'Change Data Value' and put {{lead.Id}} as the new value.
Many organizations also track 'unsubscribe reason' or something similar and there are some laws in certain countries that may require you to disclose when/why/how the unsubscribe was requested (speak with your legal team about it) - so my caveat to you is that simply checking this box will not meet ...
