    is it possible to stop a form from receiving information after a certain time/date? I'd rather not rely on someone to remember to go back and block it out if it can be done systematically?

    Looks like you were most likely both right. After reading Grant's response I did send to outside servers and the flow succeeded. Still waiting for confirmation from IT, but looks like the whitelist was the issue. Thanks!
