is this the first time you're sending to them? If not whitelisted it may be in their spam?
are you sure the lead you're choosing is within the segment that you've chosen?
is this a live URL? in preview mode it won't recognize the token... if not (I can't tell which tab is active) can you show a screenshot of the token code in the template?
you just need the Text version; I choose this token most often anyway because you can see it from the overview page (whereas Rich Text requires you to click further to see/update the content) -- but in this case you're just creating flat html text, so 'text' is perfect.

You can create a smart list that has the Member of Program filter; then add the "Acquired By" constraint and select TRUE; you can then choose from the list of programs to add to the list (you mentioned you had several). Hope that helps.
Definitely do-able in My Activities, however if you house your emails in Design Studio it won't be as simple.There are only 2 steps. anyone have good/bad experience sending email the week of a summer holiday in the US? Specifically Memorial Day? We anticipate lower open rates as some people make take the rest of the week off, but is it so bad that we shouldn't send on the Tuesday after?
