I believe Campaigns are agnostic to workspaces (unique only to domains). The differentiation for workspaces is when setting up Segmentations.I haven't used this WITH workspaces, so it's somewhat hypothetical from what I can tell. Are you seeing something that you aren't able to do?
I was just commenting the other day that it looked like a list upload was taking ~7 minutes to trigger the Smart Campaign watching for Person Created with the List criteria.... I've seen a few other delays like this as well. Nothing too drastic, but at times noticeably delayed.
