There are a lot of vendors out there that outsource this type of integration (for a price) -- but it would be nice in Marketo integrated one or developed their own... definitely a use for it, for sure!!

I find it to be hit & miss. (notice, not hit OR miss). They were using Live Chat for a while which I was able to use a few times to get quick, easy answers. It was awesome! Nightly batch for scoring mismatch?

I've noticed that there are some instances that are causing my scoring records to get skewed. Primarily the merging of leads. I was thinking of running a nightly batch to make sure Lead Score = Behavior + Demographic, but I can't seem to pull a list of tokened values, e.g. "Lead Score IS NOT {{lead....
